Step 1 - Setup your swat Project
Step 2 – Go to Project folder
• There go to scenarios\default (example: C:\AVS2000\mulargia1\scenarios\default)
• In the default folder create a folder named RES
Step 3 - Copy the ascii file named “nomfich.dat” • copy the ascii file named “nomfich.dat” in to the folder ..\scenarios\default\txtinout
Step 4 - Copy the executable SWAT.EXE • Copy the executable SWAT.EXE to the txtinout folder • Use SWAT2000 or SWAT2005 depending on the version of your SWAT project. Do not run SWAT2005 in a SWAT2000 and vice versa
Step 5 – Copy the ascii file called “outputs.dat” • Copy the ascii file called “outputs.dat” in folder ..\scenarios\default\res

SUBBASIN_TIME_SERIE_LOCATION : ..\res\TS_SubBasin.dat
Step 6 – Copy the ascii file called “TS_SubBasin.dat”
• Copy the ascii file called “TS_SubBasin.dat” in folder ..\scenarios\default\res with the following key words
DT_OUTPUT_TIME : 43200. MAX_BUFFER_SIZE : 1000.

• Repeat this step to the other Time Serie files: ts_global.dat, ts_hru.dat, ts_subbasin.dat
Step 6 – Run MOHID Swat executable
• Run the executable you copied to txtinout
Step 7 – Vizualize output using Mohid time serie editor
Step 7 – Make statistic analysis using mohid statistic analyzer
• Load the observed data file and the rch swat output file:
