The MARETEC database

It is of the responsibility and duty of each one, to bring up to date the database. Therefore, if somebody writes an article or a report, or makes a presentation (in conferences or meetings of projects), is of its responsibility to add to the database the same, how much before. To add, to remove and to edit the database, it it is in \\Einstein\Databases_forInternet . The filing-cabinet calls MaretecManagement.mdb; The filing-cabinets registered in the database must be copied for the Einstein server, where 2 subdirectories in the DataServer folder exist: PublicData and PrivateData. 1ª is for the public information (publications, software, thesis...), and that it is available for the exterior, and the PrivateData is for the information of the type reports of projects, manuals, presentations, etc and that it is confidential and internal to the group.
